Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a style of massage originally derived from Japan, with links to Chinese Medicine and the flow of Qi and energy meridians. It is a non-invasive therapy that may help reduce stress and contribute to overall wellbeing, by bringing balance to the body

 

In Shiatsu the client is recommended to wear light comfortable clothing as the massage is performed without oils, normally on a shiatsu mattress on the floor. It uses techniques such as kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping, and stretching.

A regular maintenance program of Shiatsu is an excellent way to maintain wellness and improve vitality.
