Yoga

Yoga is the practice of listening to what your body needs in the moment. In our sessions, we will be practising different asanas (yoga postures) together with pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Sessions are tailored depending on individual needs and intentions. Depending on your journey, we will create a vision to maximise personal accomplishments and benefits. Some of the benefits of yoga includes positivity, calm, and peace in daily life, improves flexibility while strengthening your muscles, and increase in energy level. It is suitable for everyone: from complete beginners to advanced yogi practitioners of all ages and different walks of life.

Yoga Based Exercise as part of a Rehabilitation program is available with Alan, but is currently NOT available as a group class at the clinic.
