Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD):

MLD is used primarily to promote the optimal functioning of the lymphatic vessels that lead to the circulatory system. MLD techniques facilitate the removal of toxins,excess Water,bacteria and foreign substances through the lymph vessels.

 

It is a powerful and cleansing, yet relaxing and pain relieving process.

It is an effective treatment for a variety of problems including:-

oedema.

some skin disorders.

Stress

Some headaches.

Sinus congestion.

Swelling from muscle, ligament and tendon injuries.
