To ensure your safety and maintain your wellbeing, we have introduced new measures that will help you prepare for your visit to the Wellness Therapy Centre, We will be adhering to these rules for the benefits of everybody and it follows the guidance derived from Public Health England,

Prior to your Visit.

  • We will need to risk assess in conjunction with you, if you or anyone you live with falls into the Extremely Clinically vulnerable category (you have been specifically asked to shield by the government) and/or we will not be able to see you if you or anyone you are in close contact with has symptoms of coronovirus (High Temperature/fever, new  cough, Recent Loss of Taste or Smell)

  • If you (or anyone you are in close contact with) develop any symptoms please do cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible (there will of course be no cancellation charge for this).

  • If any practitioner (or someone they are in close contact with) develops any symptoms then we will have to either i.) rearrange your face to face appointment, ii.) move it to another practitioner or iii.) only do a virtual appointment, while we self isolate.

  • To reduce risk, where appropriate, we will undertake a new patient consultation by phone or video, prior to visiting the clinic for examination, diagnosis and treatment.

  • We recommend that you walk or drive if possible and that you come alone if possible.

  • We are requiring everyone to wear a face covering or face mask (preferably without a ventilator) on entering the clinic to reduce the transmission risk.
